Terms of use

The short version: use the site and tools freely, make your own decisions, and keep your login safe.

What these terms cover

• This website, ipoyogi.com, and its free tools (IPO data, calendar and calculators).
• The IPOYOGI app: the Mac app and the online workspace at app.ipoyogi.com.
• By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Using the website

• The website and its tools are free and for information only. See the Disclaimer.
• Don't copy the site in bulk, scrape it at high speed, try to break it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Invites and accounts

• The app is available by invitation. We may decline or close an account that is misused.
• Keep your password, passkeys and devices secure. You are responsible for what happens under your login.
• Tell us straight away at hello@ipoyogi.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Your data and your family's

• What you enter (applicants, PANs, UPI IDs, ledgers) stays yours. How we handle it is in the Privacy policy.
• Only add people whose details you are allowed to manage, with their permission.
• Check what you enter. Wrong PANs, UPI IDs or amounts can make an application fail.

Your decisions

• You decide every application, payment and UPI mandate. IPOYOGI does not give investment advice.
• One-click bids happen only for accounts you connect to Upstox, through Upstox's official API, when you ask for them.
• Your broker's, bank's and registrar's own terms also apply to what you do with them.

Other services

• Some features rely on others: brokers' APIs, registrar and exchange websites, GMP trackers and Google Drive.
• If one of them changes or goes down, that feature may stop working until we adapt.

No guarantees

• We work hard to keep data correct and the service running, but provide it "as is", without guarantees.
• As far as the law allows, we are not liable for investment losses, missed or failed applications, data errors or downtime.
• If we are found liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for IPOYOGI in the 12 months before the claim.

Our work

• The IPOYOGI name, logo, website, app and design belong to IPOYOGI. Please don't copy or resell them.
• Third-party names and data belong to their owners.

Changes and law

• We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use IPOYOGI means you accept it.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and Indian courts have jurisdiction.
